1. What StockAccess is (and isn't)

StockAccess is a free educational website about tokenized stocks and ways to get exposure to US companies. We are not a broker, exchange, wallet, bank or financial adviser. We don't hold your money, place trades, or offer, sell or issue any token or security.

2. Education, not advice

Everything here is general information. It doesn't consider your goals, finances or experience, and it isn't a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. If you need advice, talk to a licensed professional in your country.

3. Investing is risky

Tokenized stocks and crypto can lose value quickly and you can lose all the money you put in. A tokenized stock is not necessarily the same as owning the company's shares. Read our risk disclaimer before using any platform. Past performance and example prices in screenshots don't predict future results.

4. Information can be out of date

We base facts on official sources and show when we last checked them, but fees, country rules and platform features change often. We can't promise that everything is complete, current or error-free. 5. Third-party platforms

We link to platforms such as Pump.fun, Kraken and Phantom. They are independent companies, not part of StockAccess. When you use them, your agreement is with them, under their terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their services, products, availability, fees, security, outages or how they handle your funds and data.

6. Referral links

Some links are referral or affiliate links, and we may earn a share of fees or a reward if you use them. They're always labelled. This never changes how we describe a platform. See our affiliate disclosure.

7. Use the site lawfully

You agree not to:

• use anything here to get around sanctions, location blocks, age limits or identity checks, including by using a VPN or someone else's documents
• use a platform where it, or the product, isn't available to you
• break the law where you live, or a platform's own terms
• attack, overload, scrape at scale or interfere with the site, or try to access parts of it you're not meant to

It's your responsibility to check that using a platform is legal for you and to handle any taxes on your gains.

8. Our content

The text, design and logo of StockAccess belong to us. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or republish our content as your own. Platform names, logos and app screenshots belong to their owners and appear here only to identify and describe their products.

9. Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. That includes trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data and problems with any third-party platform. Some countries don't allow certain limits on liability; where that's the case, these limits apply only as far as your local law permits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the site, remove pages or change these terms at any time. If we change the terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
