The short version: no accounts, no forms, no ad trackers. Here's exactly what happens to your data when you visit.
Who we are
StockAccess (“we”, “us”) runs this website. It's a free educational site about tokenized stocks. You can reach us through the contact page for anything in this policy.
What we collect
We don't ask you for anything. There are no accounts, sign-ups, newsletters or forms, and we never ask for financial details, wallet addresses or ID.
When you load a page, some technical data is processed automatically:
- Server and security logs kept by our hosting provider: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here, and the time. These are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse.
- Basic visit statistics, such as page views and visitor counts, that our hosting provider may compile so we can see which pages are useful. We don't use them to identify you.
Cookies
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run Google Analytics, Meta pixels or similar tools. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Other services the site loads
- Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces. Your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting and image delivery serves pages, logos and screenshots, and processes the technical data described above.
Referral and affiliate links
Some buttons, like “Try Pump.fun” and the Kraken link, are referral links. When you click one, you leave StockAccess and the platform can see that you came from us (usually through a code in the link). If you sign up or trade, the platform may pay us a share of fees or a reward.
We don't receive your name, email, ID, balances or trades from these platforms. At most we may see totals, such as how many people signed up through our link. Once you're on their site, their own privacy policy applies, so read it before you sign up. More in our affiliate disclosure.
Why we're allowed to use this data
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and understanding which pages help people. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Server and security logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate abuse. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate.
Where it's processed
Our hosting provider and Google may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where that happens, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- complain to your local data protection authority
Because we don't collect names or emails, we may need details like the date and time of your visit and your IP address to find any data about you. Send requests through the contact page and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults. Investing and crypto platforms generally require you to be at least 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
