Can you buy Microsoft tokenized stock in China?

Short answer: no. MSFTx, the token sold on Pump.fun and Kraken, isn't offered to people living in China. Here's why, and what you can do instead.

Updated

Why you can't buy it here

Because of China's own rules on crypto platforms, we don't list Pump.fun or any other app here.

What you can do instead

  • Mainland China limits how much money people can move abroad and what it can be used for, so opening a foreign broker account isn't a simple option.
  • The approved route is a QDII fund sold by mainland fund companies and banks. Some track US indexes such as the Nasdaq-100 or S&P 500, which include Microsoft.
  • Hong Kong and Macau have their own, separate rules.
